Today i receive a call from Customer Care, Tata DOCOMO he say same answer, paid 2039/- and active your services. 2nd day of my outgoing off.

Dear Customer,
As per the telephonic conversation had with our team, you have expressed dissatisfaction towards unbilled usage and services. We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to unbilled usage is the actual usage that you do for calls and value added services on your number for the current bill cycle and the same is also being sent to you as daily SMS. Please note that the Un-billed Amount is calculated without considering any discount and/or free usage on your account. All the discounts and free usage as per your bill plan are considered while generating the final bill for the month and are discounted from final bill amount. Hence you may find a difference in the unbilled SMS amount & the final bill amount. Your next bill will be generated on 15-AUG-2015 in which all the applicable discounts shall be credited. As per our record your current credit limit is Rs. 1200/-. Hence, we would like to inform you that you will be received the SMS regarding usage for the account number when it will be crossed the (70%) of credit limit, and this will cause service interruption. We request you to kindly make a note of it. We value your feedback and your views will be escalated to the higher management as feedback of the customer which will be helpful in increasing the pro-activeness for the agents.
