Iam a business man. I cannot understand the reducing the call charge. So i need all outgoing call and incoming calls details & sms list of docomo mobile for the period of 1st september 2017 to 02nd october 2017. My number is [protected].

However, the same was not possible as the call was not busy, We would like to inform you that, There is no facility to providing the incoming call/SMS details from our end. Further, We would like to inform you that you can get the last 30 days outgoing details (calls, data, value added service deductions, recharges) for your number through the prepaid bill by sending an SMS as PREPAIDBILL <space> <EMAIL ID> to 121 from your mobile number. Please be informed that an amount of Rs.25/- will be deductible from the main account balance for this facility and you will receive the same within 5 working days.
