Tata Docomo — Outgoing calls restrictions | |||
I am using Tata Docomo post-paid connection (899 unlimited plan) from past 3 Years. My docomo mobile no. is [protected] . I am regularly paying my bill on time. Now they blocked my number saying that “We have observed a commercial usage pattern on this number. This is not allowed as per the plan commitment hence services will be restricted.” I am using my mobile number for personal use not for commercial purpose. As per my uses I took the unlimited calling plan and I used to call/sms only to my family and friend circle. When I called to customer care everyone is providing different stories which they are not intimated in the time of taking this service. I am unable to make outgoing call from my mobile, please help Was this information helpful? | |||
