[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Outgoing calls stopped despite payment | |||
My cell no is [protected], i have migrated from Postpaid to prepaid, i cleared by bill but now my outgoing calls have been stopped.On line i checked the account shows zero balance.In Tata docomo when i enquired they asked me to pay Rs 45 and the next day they asked for Rs 345, but still on line the balance shows zero.
