I have paid all bill without any delay to tata docomo against my number mobile number [protected]. But after paying bill tata docomo closed my outgoing service.
Regarding the same i have tried to reach consumer care..

They all time saying we having some issue & we will fix within 1-2 hrs. But now its more than 5-6 days they have not started my service.
Kindly look into this matter. As now a days without mobile phone its very difficult to mange my business transaction.. Kindly resolve as soon as possible Was this information helpful? |
