[Resolved] Tata Docomo — overcharging in november 2016 bill | |||||
Frustated, Fed Up & Annoyed with the services of Tata Docomo Customer Support Team. Probably the worst Telecom operator in India. After having 7 months of long discussion with Tata DoCoMo Customer Care team regarding wrong billing issues, I have to write the complaint here for my Tata Docomo Postpaid Mobile Number:- [protected]. On 22nd February 2017, a Customer Care Executive from Tata Docomo called up & asked me to settle my billing issues. He offered me a Goodwill waiver on my billing amount & asked me to settle the remaining amount. Then he promised to activate my services within 48 hours. I have paid/cleared the remaining outstanding within the same hour. 72 hours passed by, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 4 months. Still the services were barred on my number. Did a lot of follow up with Customer care through Phone and email(on [protected]@tatadocomo.com) & to appellate authority too. Now they are saying your number is Disconnected. They disconnected my number without informing me. Now they are saying Services can't be restored on your number as it got disconnected. Pathetic service. I have wrongly recharged no [protected] for RS 250. Request to cancel the recharge and do the recharge for no [protected]. following is the operator reference number [protected].
