Tata Docomo — Pathetic connection and worst customer service

My phone number is [protected] and my account number is[protected]. i have raised multiple complains in the month of January that the service is pathetic as i do not get signal in mu office or home.

They tried all possible options and could not fix the issue. i also also told customer service to cancel the account. Now i see that you have been silently taking money from my credit card as the credit card is linked to this number.

Now when i check with my bank i see that you have been clearing all your billing using an auto debit

In the month of May : 3334 RS
June: 619 RS
July: 1066 RS
August: 1066 RS
September: 1066 RS

I wanted this account to be closed as there is no point of having this number as it is always searching for signal. You guys did not fix my issue and also charge me every month on month without any notice.

Please check the usage of this SIM card from February.

This is totally useless service and very bad for any customer. Please take necessary action and make sure this is sorted.
