[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Pathetic Service & Cheating Customers | |||||
One of the worst service providers is TATA DOCOMO. We have been facing problem from Day 1. We have 2 landline connections at our store as well as internet connection. None of these connections have ever functioned properly. Your Engineers are not well versed or trained about their job. From day 1 we have just been going round & round on our problems & no solution from your end. We have also suffered loss to our business as well suffering a bad name in the market. The cause to our problem is that we unfortunately decided to go with TATA DOCOMO. Let me take you on a walk through on our problems or let me say the torture we are going thru: The person who came to do the setup of the connection for us messed up with the internet setting which till today none of your engineers are able to sort out. The internet 99 times out of 100 does not work & for your kind information my billing system & CCTV cameras work on internet. You can just imagine how dreadful it is if any mishap happens. Your TATA DOCOMO wont compensate us... When we got your landline handset your team told us it comes with a 1 yr warranty & its not even 8 months and the handset is got spoilt as calls were coming but the phone was not ringing & calls were getting automatically answered. Our guests were furious on us with no fault of ours. When we told your technician he said its a 6 month warranty so you have to buy a new handset from us. We purchased a good quality handset worth 2000 as we had no faith in your company anymore. After few days we still started facing issues with the other landline also. We called the Engineer Fareed. To our surprise he told us that the handset comes with a 1 yr warranty & we should have replaced it. This is how you'll fool the customers just to make money. Your technician told us he will sort out the issue for us, today its been a week & no solution. We receive a call from your customer support whos says that our connection is in repairable so we will have to disconnect the line. Was your team sleeping for the last 8 months why did they not realise that TATA DOCOMO cannot provide service. Who is going to compensate us for all the problems we face??? Awaiting your reply.
