I have raised a request to deactivate my account ([protected]) in the month of february and have cleared all payments which was due as per my usage. After that they have taken the safe custody of my card and put it on hold for 3 months. After that without even informing me, they automatically activated the card and started raising bills and now asking me to pay bill for the unused usage. I again raised request to cancel my card on 13 june and still they have kept activated and been mentally torturing me with abusive words to pay bill (I didn't even use even 1 mb) to closed my account. Request to take strict action against them for activating my connection without my request.
