Tata Docomo — Payment made

I am deprived of the services of Tata docomo from March 28, 2014. The bill was sent till 14th of April. Upon disscussion with the Tatadocomo legal departement they negotiated and ask me to pay the Rs 1000 and they promised that they will finally close the account. I have paid the Rs 1021 and shared the acknowledgment number of the payment made and they said now file is closed. Still I got call from the Tata docomo legal department. Could Tata docomo update their database, so that I shouldn't get any calls for this account. I had taken this number in September 2014 for the personnel usage after taking the connection TataDoco customer executive called me informed me that its unlimited std plan and I can call any number of calls to the std mobile number.
I do have the advertisement as well from the TataDocomo.
I used till the month of Feb 2014, but in March Tata docomo informed that commercial pattern is observed on my number. I am denying this fact because I have all the months bill detail and I didn't do anything different than the previous month. So I don't know why Tatadocomo complained commercial usage in the month of March why they didn't informed in September/October?
Second thing I want to make notice that Tata docomo has updated my name incorrect its completely different from the Docomo form and Identity proofs document I submitted.
Third thing that Docomo has not updated in my Docomo bill the Rs 500 refundable amount.
I have called to the customer care number of times to update the both above.

Fourth thing is that Docomo has forced me to change the plan Or my outgoing call will be barred and they barred my outgoing calls, kept me deprive o[censored]sing the services. Still they put the bill of the same period.

I have cleared all the dues till March 28 and still Rs 500 refundable deposited with the TataDocomo.

Upon disscussion with the Tata Docomo legal departement they promised that they will close the file permanently.

Again Tata docomo is saying that to pay the outstanding amount.

Whoom should I believe? Tata Docmo has cheated me all the time.
