My Tata docomo accounrt number is[protected] in name of Balvinder Singh Toteja . i have paid for this connection 2733 rs for 3 months & 4th month free however your employee Mangesh Shinde has taken this amount & not deposited to Tata docomo therefore i keep on getting messages from tata stating that your account is overdue please pay on time this is happening for last 2 months i tried in get in touch with him hes not answering nor getting help form his seniors an some one help me in this as i feel cheated & helpless in this matter please get in touch with asap. I have been getting calls from collection department & as customer i am trying to figure out where am i at fault after paying money in advance i keep on getting messages from Tata docomo stating your bill is overdue . Most unprofessional attitude by Tata Docomo no help from any one & no follow up by anyone in Tata Docomo everyone keep pushing me from one person to another as customer i feel i have made huge mistake by taking tata internet connection .
