[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Pesky sms/ Promotion sms received after DND activation | |||
My mobile number is [protected]. I ported from Idea to Docomo this month and while I'm happy with the service, the promotional messages don't seem to stop. My DND service has been started for two weeks on full block status and yet I receive messages from goo.gl, LM080000 and most importantly PX612345(this i receive almost three times a day). I called up the customer care but they said that the PX612345, belonging to DOCOMO would continue since it was about a recent offer. Then what is the point of Do Not Disturb activation. I DON'T WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE TARIFF OFFERS! NOT THREE TIMES A DAY. Please make it stop. Was this information helpful? | |||
