Bought this photon max wifin dongle on 29th november, 2017. Now just 3 months later, i am informed that cdma will not longer work and i have to change over to gsm. When i visited your store in kormangala, bangalore to exchange the dongle, i was informed that they are out of stock and i should visit the e-city outlet. There i was informed that in place of my wifi dongle i will have to accept a single user dongle. I paid for a wifi dongle so why shoudl i accept a wifi dongle. As per the store people there is no wifi dongle, so i called customer care and they asked me to visit kormangala again.
This week i visited kormangala again, and they also offered me a single user dongle in place of a wifi dongle. I am not willing to accept a single user dongle when my requirement is a wifi dongle and i have paid for a wifi one.
I demanded that they offer me a wifi dongle in exchange or refund the money rs 1999 that i paid for this dongle only 3 months ago, which they shouldn't have sold in the first place knowing that it won't work in a few months. I am sure the decision to shift from cdma to gsm was not taken one sudden day.
I have written to their customer care and also escalated to their appellate, but they say we can't refund not give wifi dongle as its not in stock. Please advice. Was this information helpful? |
