We tried to reach you at your number [protected] on 16-APR-2017, however the number was not responding. With respect to the reference number PRRG[protected], we had already communicated that we are unable to reverse/transfer the recharge of Rs. 5000 done on your photon #[protected] form the wrong photon #[protected]. However, we had escalated your concern to the respective circle head to validate on your concern.
