[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Poor Indoor Signal problem | |||
Hi, I have been facing network signal issue since Aug 2014. I had raised the issue in the 1st week of August (Reference number:[protected]. But my complaint was registered on[protected]Reference number:[protected]. I was kept telling by appellate manager (Parvathi/Sunitha George) that the issue will be resolved in 3 months as new tower has to be installed in this area. Added to that, I was told that their network team are working towards this issue so that I will be getting better signal now. No minor improvement was seen. Even I provided them the snapshot of my mobile getting signal as a proof. But no improvement from their end. (For your reference, I have attached the snapshot with this complaint) Due to this signal problem, I'm not able to make/receive call from indoor. I have to go out and make a call. I have been getting message from TataDocomo that "You have 6 missed calls. To get details, subscribe @Rs 30/Month". This is just a sample. Similarly I'm getting this sort of messages on daily basis. Means its very evident that I'm missing so many calls due to the poor signal. After a string of follow-ups, a person from network team visited my area and he accepted that signal strength is very bad. No minor improvement is seen TILL DATE. For each and every queries, I have to send reminder mails to get response from them. Now, I got mail on Oct 21, 2014 as follows, "In this regards, we would like to inform you that we have already registered your complaint on 27-09-14 vide docket number[protected]. As per the confirmation received from our concerned team, we have planned for the new site at Dodballapur 4 to resolve your poor indoor connectivity problem and it will take approximately 90 days (i.e. 05/01/15). Hence, we request you to kindly bear with us in the interim." It seems that it will take 90 more days (Jan 05, 2015) to resolve this issue. I'm completely frustrated the way they are treating. I request to take severe action on them for making customers frustrated. Please note that I raised this complaint in August. But now they are dragging it to Jan 2015. I'm completely stunned about your proactiveness. You assured that network signal issue will get resolved by Jan 5, 2015. I think it is ahead now if I'm not wrong.
I dont see improvement in getting signal till now. May I know what you have to say from your side?
