I hv been complaining about poor network/call drop since more than 2 year now. Representative sent by service provider visited our site and confirmed, there is poor network/call drop problem.
Tatadocomo, is keep assuring, my network issue will be resolved shortly, but no relief as of now. Except one month exemption for monthly bill payment, they keep sending me monthly bill and reminders been sent through sms for bill payment. I have been regulary making bill payment, inspite o[censored]nsatisfactory service/call drop problem, without having any relief Was this information helpful? |
