[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Poor speed for Photonmax dongle | |||||
I took a Tata Photonmax connection on may 2016.It was promised that the download speed will be 7.2Mbps, but i was getting 15kbps . One of their tech support person visited my home to resolve this issue. But he said, he cant do anything about this. So i raised a complaint on this and they cancelled the connection and Photonmax device, box and all the papers are returned back to TATA DOCOMO sales agent Saurabh Singh, Sr account manager, who visited GE India Chakan . I got a mail from [protected]@docomo.com as my refund will be given as cheque with in 30 days.I called them for more than ten times.Still no response from them.Worst service i have experienced ever. i hereby attach the screenshot of mail which i got from listen team Was this information helpful? | |||||
