[Resolved] Tata Docomo — port out not processed since 1 month | |
I have given request to port out but, the company, i. E. Tata docomo is not allowing me to port out. When i sent a message for port out, the company sent me a message in which it was mentioned that i am given a tariff of 25p/min for 90 days and 28 gb data. But, i want to port out at any cost. But, the company/ customer care is telling that i got the benefit so, port out is not possible. This is againt trai rules. Tata docomo is a very disgusting, poor and pathetic service provider i experience ever. They also have removed my permissions on website so that i cannot register a complaint online.
