Dear All My mobile No :[protected].I am using tata docomo post paid for the past 3 years. There is so many irregularities in my amount deduction i have recharged with rate cutter for 25p/min.but after making the call there is no effect of rate cutter in bill amount.when i contacted customer care executive he kept the mike mute mode. This is the way tata docomo treating the customers?Kindly dont go for new connection in tata docomo existing subscribers please check your bill amount after each call. I trusted Docomo as its a TATA joint venture, but i was wrong. I ported 2 no. in TATA Docomo. Initially it was all good. And then cam the other side of the face. The started giving false bill. So i converted my one no. to prepaid. But they started billing my other no. with extra amount. Also i shifted my plan from Rs. 299 to Rs. 199 which didn't happen. They made a total bill amount of Rs. 1400 and i finally decide i wont go with Docomo. But after a month of without service they one day call and told that u pay Rs. 1000 and ur service will start and Rs.400 is what they are giving waiver. So i decided i will pay Rs. 1000 and convert to pre paid. But after making the payment they started saying that u will have to pay Rs. 400 to start the service. I didnt had any option i paid and now i am porting to other network. Docomo is a fraud company be aware of this.
