I have submitted all the documents to tata docomo ofice 6 months ago to cancel my post paid connection bill.From past 6 months i am not using my mobile.Since i am not in INDIA. I repeatedly requested you people after submitting my documents to cancel my post paid connection. You people said that please be patient it will take time.
Now You people say that i have not paid the bill. How can a person can get a bill without using his mobile.So, I kindly request you people to check all your logs and mails regarding this.
I even written a letter, to the kurnool branch road in ongole before i came here.
And you people simple ignored all my documents and letters that i have submitted for you to cancel my postpaid connection.
Now how can u generate bill, this is not fare.
Please go through it and check all the details.
