Tata Docomo — Post paid to pre paid migration | |||
I had given request for changing my post paid number to pre paid a week back. I got intimation form DOCOMO before two days saying that my number has been changed and instructed me to call 59059 for tele verification. Now when ever I make call to this number, it is saying that "You seemed to have dialed an incorrect number" and the number as of now is dead except that it is showing netowrk. what ever we do from the number, it is repeating the same thing. Is there any other problem with my number ? or is there anything else that I should add to this 59059 when I am calling from a roaming network ? Kindly help me to resolve the issue asap as all my online bank transaction are in freezed condition since I am not even able to recieve SMS in this.
