I have applied for tata docomo postpaid to prepaid change on 28/1/2017 and its almost 10 days till now no response from the providers. Meanwhile i went to shop directly and they said that request got rejected and they will make necessary steps with in a day. And now 2 days passed and i didn't get any response. I am not having time to meet that person daily to change my connection and I don’t want to pay bill unwanted.I am using this network for almost 8 years. If it continues i will port to other network.

Also, we would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that your request for number portability has been registered on 11-FEB-2017 with the Service Request number[protected] and resolution time for the same is 15-FEB-2017 17:09 hrs. Kindly note that it is not possible to register the request for postpaid to prepaid migration, if port out request was registered.
