Tata Docomo — Postpaid number cancellation | |||
Hi, I had a Tata Docomo Postpaid Connection for cancellation of which I am writting this application. My post paid No is [protected] and I want to close this number from today on wards as I am going onsite from 10th December 2015 for 2 years. I will be grateful and obilized to you if you kindly close and disengage my Tata Docomo postpaid GSM number ([protected]) by today itself. Was this information helpful? | |||

As per our conversation over the call on your alternate number, we are really sorry to hear that you have decided to cancel your connection and end this very fruitful relationship we had with you. Kindly note that your cancellation request has been already registered with the docket number[protected] on 08-DEC-2015 16:27:17 PM. Hence, the same is under process. We request you to make a note of this docket number for your future correspondence. Please find cancellation process for the account below:
1. Outgoing services of this number is barred within 72 hours from the day of request registration.
2. Temporary disconnection happens on the 7th day and billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered.
3. Your total outstanding amount till date is Rs. 28.44/-.
4. The number gets permanently disconnected within 15 days.
5. Your billing cycle is 08th of every month, hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post disconnection which will be payable.
6. We request you to keep your number under active status for retention call which can happen in 3 days of time after cancellation request registered. You will be duly notified via call or SMS upon the closure of the request. We appreciate your patience. We thank you for using Tata Docomo services and we would be privileged to serve you again in near future.
