Tata Docomo — Pre paid charges not materialised - for Mobile No. [protected]

Today (19th August, 2015, I tried to recharge my spouse mobile No.[protected] through TATA Docomo online recharge - i have made the payment through my Credit Card, i have completed all the formalities which it ask at the time recharge process. Finally I am getting message of Error - I want know the reason why the transaction was not successful.
Kindly revert me back immediately

In this regards, we would like to inform you that if any amount is deducted with transaction failure then the amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days from the date of deduction. Kindly mail us at [protected]@tatadocomo.com along with the bank statement if the amount is not credited which will allow us to proceed accordingly.
