[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo / Prepaid — 499 Data+ talktime Bundle pack charges 10p/10KB post data bundle ehaust but never notifies the customer via SMS or alerts

I am frequent user of Tata Docomo 499 ( 2 GB Data + 450 talktime) recharge.To my surprise, tata Docomo do not inform their consumers about the expiry of the data pack via SMS, or the balance data remaining in their account when it reaches to the lower limit. I believe as per the regulatory guidelines if there is any change in the plan whether it is data or call/SMS, customer should be notified . In my case post data bundle usage, they charged me 10p/10KB which was never alerted to me . Most of the time when I Query the server for the remaining data balance in my account it failed. And within a day they charged me more than 100 bucks.
