[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Prepaid - deducting BFS charges without my consent | |||
Hi, I got a message on 29th " BFS is activated at Rs 30.78 for 7 days. Bal: Rs: 1.00 at 29-Dec-2014 10.12. To stop, dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free)." I have viewed it unfortunately on 2nd due to new year busy schedule and more over I was in roaming. Again today got another message " BFS is extended at Rs 5.65 for 2 days. Bal: Rs: 1.00 at 05-Jan-2015 10.01. To stop, dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free)." Lucking I was little free and deactivated the BFS immediately calling the number given. I don't even know what that BFS is ? Is this a gimmick by Tata Docomo to lure our money ? Was this information helpful? | |||

We tried to speak to you personally. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered.
We would like to inform you that as per checking our records we found that the amount of Rs.36.43/- has been deducted from your main balance are due to the activation of a VAS service (BFS) on your number.
In this regards, we would like to inform you that the deducted amount of Rs.36.43/- has been credited on your Tata Docomo number with the docket number: ABAL[protected].
Also be informed to avoid balance deductions on your number for VAS services you need to deactivate the service by dialing the number 155223 from your Tata Docomo number.
You can obtain any information related to your account (EX: Recharge information, Data usage and complaints registered) by dialing to *191#.
