My prepaid number has been disabled on[protected] without any reason. I called customer care to know the reason for the same. They asked me to replace the sim with a new one without giving any reason for disabling the number. They are also asking for rs. 50 for replacement. I do not understand in the first place why the disabled my sim and secondly, if there is something wrong on their side why are they charging me for their mistake.

Updated by braj_98 I went to Tata Docomo office today. There was one person sitting outside the office and he was charging Rs. 100 for sim replacement and that also without giving the bill. There were many people doing the sim replacement. It is some kind of scam. How come sim stopped working overnight for so many people?
