I have recharged my contact no. [protected] with ₹98 plan which shows 1 gb net but i received only 500mb and now on complaining the issue their customer care executive disconnect my call 2 times without my consent just by saying simply that plans are changed and not updated on *141#
I have to file a complaint regarding providing false information and harassment given to the consumer

I have received my cashback on further calling their executive again and again from other contacts because they are not attending the call by my contact no. ...They have refund me my money instead if data
