Tata Docomo — raised complaint for low internet speed and followed by closing of tata docomo account | |||||
I have raised the complaint to close the tata docomo account[protected] in Dec-17. Tata customer care called me and promiss to increase speed after some changes in cable connector and change of plan.I continued to faced the same issue even after change of plan so I have asked to close the account again, meanwhile I was billed for 2 months which I have not used. Getting some third part call for payment not sure if they are authorized by Tata or not. Need support to resolve the matter. Regards Ramesh Was this information helpful? | |||||
