This is with the reference to your complaint regarding balance deduction. In this regards, we would like to inform you that, upon checking thoroughly with our records there are no such discrepancy found on your number you have been charged for calls as per your usage.
You may also check the same by dialing *111# or by sending an SMS as BAL to 121 (toll free). You can also check last 5 data usage/ 3 last call details by sending message as DATA / CALL to 121 (toll free) or you may also send an SMS as BAL to 121 for balance information.
