Dear Sir, My Tata Docomo no:- [protected] Today 11.12.14- (9.24 am) I spoke to Tata DoCoMo cutomer care officer and Requested related to call rate charges she told that you putted 36 Rs call rate cutter in 29.08.14 and over by 28.10.14 after that you call gone by normal rate. Then I have checked my inbox, while checking, I came to know that I have Recharged 36 rs call rate cutter in 05.10.14 for 60 days validity and my rate cutter will end on 05.12.14. And again I dialed to 121 ‘TATA DOCOMO CUSTOMER CARE’ 11.12.14- (9.35 am) - CALL HANDLED BY Miss. NIVETHA I informed to customer care officer stating that I have putted rate cutter on 05.10.14 and its completing by 05.12.14 and in-between I have lost huge money lost from my side for that you have to refund my money I told immediately she disconnected my call. Below you can find the recharge History after 28.10.14 1)29.10.14 –RS 150 2)7.11.14-RS171 3)16.11.14-RS150 4)23.11.14-RS150 5)02.12.14-RS 171 6)05.12.14-RS150 TOTAL RS 942 – BUT I NEED TATA DOCOMO PEOPLE TO CALCULATE THE ACTUAL AMOUNT AS PER MY CALL RATE CUTTER AND REMAINING AMOUNT KINDLY ADD IN MY ACCOUNT. In this regards, we would like to inform you that as per our records you had a recharge of Rs.36/- as on[protected] as per the offer you already got the benefit as Validity: 60 days, Local on net Mobile calls @ 1P/3S (20p/m), Local off net Mobile calls @ 1.2P/2S(36p/m)(1st 2 local min of the day @ 1.6p/s).
Further, we would like to inform you that your offer already disconnected on[protected].
