[Resolved] Tata Docomo — reacharge problem | |||
Hai sir My no [protected] i am traying to reacharge 29 rupees for net package i am wait nearly half hour but iam not get net connection then after i am try to called customer care but i am not get connection thats time i am in roaming i thought thats why only i am not connected customer care after half an hour i am again reacharge 26 rupees after that i got 2 message 29 and 26 reacharge conformation message. When i reached home network i am called customer care their connected mr aneesh ( supervisor or senior) he's told u r reacharge to times the last one only valid the first one is automatically cancelled my doubt is i am paying 2 times and my validity period also is there then how to u guy's cancelled the first one that amount i am paid u guys want provide thats offer also right. And mr aneesh is not the right person for that posting he's dnt know how to talking how to handling the customer Was this information helpful? | |||
