Tata Docomo — Recharge amount of 250 rupees gone without any use

Dear Sir, I recharged amount of 200 rupees (Top Up) on 31st march on my number [protected], Within 2 days i had hardly called for 10 rupees odd and full amount is finished. Very surprised i was unaware what has happened ? On 4th again to check what is wrong i got it again recharged for rupees 50 but in 4 hrs all that amount was also exhausted without any use. Called customer care yesterday but instead first they were not aknowledging the concern Later when they accepted after 19 min of call they cut the phone inbetween. This is really very poor customer service addition to the way Tata is taking money from customers. Lokking forward to your immediate response to this and credit my lost amount back in my account
