[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Recharge and data balance | |||
Whenever my data balance is over, my entire outstanding balance is deducted blatantly instead of stopping the internet service at the spot and continuing normally. Even if talktime is deducted for the extra consumption, how does 2-3mb cost me 83 rupees? Lost 80rs in the morning and 65rs a while ago. Loss of 150 rupees on the same day. That's plain lootery. Give me a solution to avoid this mishap or i have other networks to look for. What kind of a company doesn't hire customer care executives to speak to people? No relevant option was present on the 121 toll free number. Is this some kind of a cruel joke to make us hunt for your contacts and grievance cells? Was this information helpful? | |||
