[Resolved] Tata Docomo — refund for wrong balance deduction | |||
There has been a wrong balance deduction on my tata docomo no. This deduction is regarding the use of dive in service in which each sms cost Rs 5. But the sms i received is that this service is toll free. In my sms the no. Is given 54321 and also written toll free no. Therefore i had replied to that sms. and continiously i had replied to 40 sms and after that when i am going to reply 41th sms the msg came that there is no suffecient balance. Suddenly I came In a great shock. Then i call to customer support and ask for refund than she told that no refund and disconected the call without hearing to me. I felt very bad of these and i further call them back but it was not responding. I felt very bad of these wrong balance deduction and want my refund of Rs230 . becauseof this wrong balance deduction yours company image in my eyes went down and i[censored] want to regain yours company image or goodwill in my eyes or my family eyes please Refund this wring nalance deduction.
