[Resolved] Tata Docomo — refund not given, not attended complaint | |||||
I applied for refund of security deposit for international roaming and advance for porting out. Docomo agent closed shop after promising return for over a month. Applied to docomo online and on asking submitted receipts copies. Thrice complained. Every time was called by phone and told cheque sent. Informed did not receive cheque. Was promised action and will send cheque. No action every time after that. Was this information helpful? | |||||
