[Resolved] Tata Docomo — refund of security deposit of rs 100,000 | |||
I was the user of tata walky for 2 years., account no[protected], dhanbad, jharkhand. Amount deposited as security of rs 100, 000. My connection was disconnected beacause of non submission of 3 months bill. I sent many reminders to adjust my bill with deposited amount and received the assurance to return the rest due amount of rs 97, 167. But till date no refund done from tata docomo. I am attaching here the snapshot of the mail i received from the company. Ii sent many mails from last 1 year but company is not replying. Finally i sent mail to national grievance cell too to resolve the issue. This type of companies license should be abonded. Completely making fool to customers by showing fake offers.
