Have ported my no. [protected] postpaid to BSNL prepaid in March 2016 and I paid Rs.1556 excess amount to postpaid which is to be refunded to me by May 2016. I have not received any cheque so far . Many times I have been following it up calling to customer care and mailed them but no proper response.
Received a missed call from Docomo associate Mallikarjun ph no.[protected] and he deliberately cut my call and did not pick my call when called back.
Whenever I call customer care regarding this, they would put me on hold and let me wait for 15 mins in which my balance is reduced.
I have spoke to Floor supervisor from DOCOMO 1)Vikas 2)IAbhishek 3)Charan, they would say that they would contact concerned department and resolve the issue but this is been happening since 3 months still it is not resolved.
They mentioned that post is being sent to my address but got reverted back but when I asked for the postal details like when it is posted and reverted back but no one gave details.
I suppose they have not posted to me and giving some reasons that my address provided is wrong.
