[Resolved] Tata Docomo — regarding balance | |||
dear sir/mam, I have a tat docomo no. [protected] (bangalore). automatically its balance is becoming zero. this is the second time in a week this thing is happening.. i have only 2G mobile data activated in my mobile. else nothing is activated..even i can not call cutomer care.. call is not possible.. please look inti the matter and take action as soon as possible.. return the balance ... thank you, mrinalini singh Was this information helpful? | |||

We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concerns regarding balance deduction. However, we are unable to contact you, since the call was not answered. I would like to inform you that I have verified our records and found that your balance of Rs.13/- was deducted towards data usage. For latching up with different network while browsing internet in roaming you have been charged correctly from main balance as per the usage. Hence, we are unable to refund the same amount.
For further assistance we request you to write a mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com.
