[Resolved] Tata Docomo — regarding balance deduction and fake commitment from company for refund of balance | |||
respected sir, with respect to above mentioned subject i am choudhari s.j. and customer of tata docomo since from 2010.My complaint is i was using my 3g internet at2 jan 2015 at 2:55 suddenly i got message that u have subscribed for endless music at Rs 75 for 30 days i was surprised .then i continues using net again i got message that unlimited is activated for Rs72 for 28 days.when i tried to call customer care center then there is call disconnection from company .then i tried from another no then the person said that you will get the refund in 24 hours but still i have not got my refund so i am requesting you to please refund my balance Thank you, Yours faithfully choudhari S.J MOB:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
