[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Regarding data pack | |||||
I had done a data pack recharge of Rs.93 on 09 April 2017 and at that time I got 1024 MB data in my account and I got a message on same day from Tata Docomo that on recharge of 93 you will get 1GB data for 28 days validity 5 days instant remaining after 48 hours. But on 13 April 2017 at 07:37pm I consumed approx 3mb data and I had 917mb data remaining and it shows the expire date 13April 2017. After that they increase the remaining validity till 08 May 2017. On 14April 2017 there is 0.02mb data remaining in my account. My last five data consumed is also in 55kb three times. When called to customer care they told me that u consumed while data. And now no data left in your account. But I had 917mb in my account till 13April 2017 after 07:37pm. After that I used my data pack direct on 14April 2017. Now I tried so many times to complain them but they are not connecting my call to customer care executive. Help me Was this information helpful? | |||||
