[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Regarding deduction of balance

Dear Sir, Today I recharged for 251 INR. Docomo provides 125 inr currency as a offer plus 1GB 3G data. After some time while browsing, unnecessarily 15.9 INR got deducted for Glamour villa VAS followed by 49 INR for "Bhojpurinama" video. Sir without my permission Docomo deducted 65 rupees currency, without my consent like before. Please notify Docomo to RETURN MY MONEY. OR THIS FRUSTRATED DOCOMO CUSTOMER WILL SHARE "CONS" OF DOCOMO IN SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES..Thank u sir

Mistakes happen everywhere, I would really appreciate Tata Docomo who credited the deducted balance. Thank you both consumercomplaints team along with Tata Docomo team.

Dear Sir,
For your reference my mobile # is [protected]. After analyzing, I came to know that unwanted popups will appear with IP address 182.156 series. Even if we close it immediately, then also the currency would have already been deducted in the account. Please help me regarding this. Plz notify tata Docomo about my phone # . I need my currency back.

We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. As per your request we have already deactivated all Value Added Services so that you don’t get charged in future. Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.64.9/- has been credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected] soon.
