Tata Docomo — regarding incoming calls not getting

Hi this is narendar, iam using tata docomo sim fro the since last year's back up to now there is no issue but incoming calls not getting and out going calls also not working from the past 2months, i have struggled alot and i called customer care so many times but issue not resolved yet, although issue has repeated, kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible
