Tata Docomo — Regarding less informative Settlement mail

Hi Team
I have got a mail from legal cell stating that my due amount as 3600
there is no information of how that much amount is due like there is no item wised bill also
Can you please provide following details
Last payment amount and date
Date of Disconnection request
Date of Disconnection
Amount to be paid at the time of disconnection

I have raised complaint for this earlier and the customer care people again send same mail of due amount and concluded issue is resolved
