I had recharged for ₹14 pack with ₹11+5 sms valid for 28 days on 24/11/2018. For which i got confirmation also Hi! Recharge successful, mrp rs.14, validity:28 days, 11tt+5 sms-28 days, tranc id: [protected]. Thank you - tata docomo. I didn't get any balance for calling after recharge. I reported the literally 5 times issue, to customer support team. There everyone speak in hindi hardly no one understands kannada (Local language) and handful people can communicate in english. Then i got the message on 27/11/2018 as mentioned below. Recharge with minimum rs 23 once every 28days to use outgoing on expiry of pack, else o/g will be barred on expiry & i/c in 15 days. I have not spoke for more than 5 minutes But today on 2/12/2018, insufficient balance could not make a call. I appreciate the cheaper rate in this network. Sir, in my no. -- on date 01-12-18 I will recharge 35rs. And 2min after the balance at 0. At show that message LDR VAS activation. I want my amount returned Very soon. Why these service automatic activated you.
