Tata Docomo — regarding - recharge problem

I did a recharge for an amount of rs. 148 on 30/01/2019. But, still, now i've not received any messages for a successful transaction. But, the money was deducted from the retailer's account. Please, help me to have a successful transaction as quick as possible and add the balance to my number. I don't know why it is happening and one more request, please connect to customer care who is speaking in tamil or english.

But now its showing zero balance

So pls re add my money
Otherwise we have to proceed for consumer court
