Hi sir/madam, My son (Lalitesh kumar) has lost his phone yesterday in hyderabad having tatadocomo sim in it. We are not able to get it deactivated. I have been using this sim from last 4 years .All of a sudden I am seeing this error saying that sim is not provisioned please help me with this.my number is [protected]

As i was unable to use my Tata DoCoMo no. Due to travel reason and roaming issues since ninty days.lt has been disconnected. And thus number is very important as my all documents are related to this number. I want to reactivate it again. Please help as it is very important for me.
