[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Regarding the balance deduction | |||
They have deducted my amount of Rs 35 with out the concern. And even without a single sms they have deducted my amount. If i done call to the customer care they are not responding to my words. I need my refund. Later i have contacted to the customer care and to the appelate authority they have informed me that due to the data charges of the multiple usage the balance has got deducted, But they could have sent an intimation sms before deducting the balance or after deducting the balance. And i have not used any kind of data. My docomo no is [protected] Deduction amount Rs 35. Deduction date - 12/02/2015 So here by i request you to refund my amount.
