Tata Docomo — Regarding unauthorised and illegal lapsing of data pack

This is to be informed that i was enjoying the 3G plan of 499 recharge done on 4 aug 2015 and suddenly last night i got a message from company of recharge rs 95 on the same no rendering 500 mb 3G data lspsing my almost 1500 mb 3G data which was valid till 02 oct 2015 The recharge hss been done at 1 29 am approx but i have not done this and practically how illogical it is to for a recharge of data pack of just 500 mb with validity of just 15 days when i had 1500 mb data in my account for 45 days I just called Customer Care executive so many times but they are not picking my call and just ignoring my call technically and intentionally just one executive picked but she didnt even listen to me and just gave some useless info. I just want my data pack dont want to be the victim of company consumer exploitation policy again Please do the needful
