[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Repeated mails for clearance in spite of reply with payment details been provided | |||||
I have been getting emails stating that i have not paid my bills for the below stated docomo number in-spite of me have been cleared all the bills after stopping the services from docomo.In regards to this i want you to please look into the matter and resolve it. details of the isuue is mentioned below Respected sir With reference to your mail, my previously used photon number [protected] against which the mail claims that I have not paid my bill.I paid my last bill in docomo office which is located at shop no.7, esteem regency, Richmond road, Richmond circle, pop. baldwins girls high school, bangalore-5560 025. Wide their receipt no.946753 Dated:03 October 2013. On the same day from the same office with the help of a Docomo representative who helped me to get connected with customer care and requested for cancellation of the above-said connection. The person who attended the call from customer care asked me the reason why I am willing to cancel the connection, after me giving suitable answer he agreed to cancel my connection and following lye after a couple of days I received a mail from the company which is attached to Mail.henceforth I humbly request to clarify things with related staff and pass on a justified decision for which I will be looking forward.
